under the Indian Partnership Act, 1932, with its registered office located at

1. Introduction :
• Welcome to Turf Aura, a digital platform operated by Code Aura Tech Solutions for booking turf slots
via Turf Aura App and managing bookings via Turf Aura Venue
Manager App. These Terms
and Conditions govern your use of the apps and services provided.
• User App : "Turf Aura"
• Owner App : "Turf Aura Venue Manager"
• By accessing or using any part of the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Definitions :
• “User”, “you”, “your” refers to individuals who use the Turf Aura app to book turf slots.
“Owner” refers to turf operators using the Turf Aura Venue Manager app to manage bookings and payments.
“Platform” refers to the Turf Aura digital ecosystem, including both mobile apps and
website.
3. User App – Booking & Payments :
3.1 Slot Booking & Advance Payment :
• Users can browse and book available turf slots.
A 50% advance payment is required to confirm a booking.
Payments are processed securely through the app.
3.2 Cancellation & Refund Policy :
• More than 2 hours in advance - 100% of advance refunded
• Between 1-2 hours in advance - 75% refund (25% retained)
• Less than 30 minutes in advance - No refund
• Refunds are processed within 1 to 2 working days from the date of cancellation.
• Code Aura Tech Solutions is responsible for processing refunds of advance
payments made through the app.
4. Owner App – Turf Management & Payouts :
4.1 Booking & Payment Insights :
• Owners can view all confirmed bookings, including date, time, and advance amount paid.
Owners receive the remaining 50% of the turf fee directly from the user at the venue.
4.2 Earnings Dashboard :
• Owners can track Daily, Weekly, and Monthly Bookings &
Earnings (from transactions done through the app only as advance payments).
4.3 Wallet & Withdrawal (Advance booking amounts are credited to the Owner’s in-app Wallet) :
• Owners can initiate a Withdrawal Request to transfer the wallet balance to their bank account.
Withdrawals are processed within 2 to 3 working days.
5. Platform Responsibility :
• Code Aura Tech Solutions is responsible only for payments made through the app (advance payments).
Final settlements (remaining amount) are directly handled between the owner and user at the turf
location.
6. Convenience Fee :
A 2% convenience fee is charged per booking :
• 1% from the User
• 1% from the Owner
Example :
• Turf Price: ₹1,000.
• User pays: ₹1,010 (includes ₹10 convenience fee).
• Owner receives: ₹990 (after deducting ₹10).
7. Registration & Login :
7.1 User App :
• Signup via mobile number and OTP verification.
• Users can upload their profile picture and manage bookings.
7.2 Owner App :
• Signup via email and password.
• Owners can upload turf images, name boards, and manage booking calendar.
8. Content and Media :
• Users and Owners may upload relevant images (profile, turf images).
• You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of uploaded content.
9. Limitations & Liability :
• Code Aura Tech Solutions does not guarantee turf quality or user behavior.
The company is not liable for on-ground disputes between users and owners, except for
payment-related issues arising through the platform.
10. Amendments :
• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform
after changes implies your agreement with the updated terms.
